Staff have been known to provide exceptional help, such as finding proper parts, assisting with installation like a serpentine belt, and even helping at closing time despite bad weather. While staff are helpful, it is sometimes recommended to do your own research as car stuff is tough. Overall, the service makes the store shine.
We had a serpentine belt issue, and Johnathan was super helpful in finding us the proper part. He also stayed past his scheduled time, and came out to our vehicle to help install the belt. Excellent service all around.

It's car stuff. But do your own research, sometimes they can steer you in the wrong direction. Staff is very helpful tho, and tries to help you, but car stuff is tough you know.
