Very good service. Was buying furniture. Had to return dresser that was broke in the sealed box. They was great about it. Im very happy.

When I first walked in, Julia immediately greeted me with welcome to big lots! She was courteous patient and encouraging, even complement me on my hair. Great experience thanks to her!
