I came to open a business account, and they helped me choose the best plans. Thank you all—and a special thanks to Julian Hall and Jennifer, who were extremely kind to me.

Had an amazing experience opening my account here! Blake was incredibly patient and professional. He made the whole process smooth and easy for me. Highly recommend him if you need help with banking!

Tuesday, September 24 I walked into the Chase bank and was greeted by Blake. Then another young lady also asked if I needed assistance. Then the teller was very kind in helping me with my transaction. I think they are improving from their terrible reviews. I hope they will continue to do good customer service.
