This CVS pharmacy offers a wide selection of products and is conveniently located near Vanderbilt campus and nearby restaurants, making it a good spot for errands and quick shopping. The store provides complementary parking and a friendly environment, with staff members who are helpful, kind, and positive. Customers appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, especially pharmacists who go above and beyond to assist with prescriptions. One pharmacist, in particular, was praised for spending extra time to ensure medication needs were met, even during her lunch break. While the overall customer service is strong, some visitors noted that the pharmacy line can be long, and waiting times could be improved. Suggestions included offering options like prepaying or having a dedicated pickup line to speed up service. Despite occasional wait times, many customers report a pleasant experience, citing helpful staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, CVS is seen as a helpful, friendly place to pick up prescriptions and shop for essentials, especially for those in the area or visiting nearby attractions.
I am a Roadie delivery driver and I had a pick up here at the CVS From the pharmacy. The pharmacy guy was definitely rude. Had no kind of smile on his face did not have any kind of Customer Service attitude. Checked out other people in front of me was overall a terrible experience. They need better customer service.

What horrible staff. Some of the most unhelpful, lazy, rude workers I've interacted with. If you step into this place, your day is going to be worse.
