This CVS location in Nashville is open seven days a week, offering prescription refills, COVID-19 and flu tests, vaccinations, personal care items, and more. Customers can save with ExtraCare rewards, weekly deals, and free pickup or delivery. The pharmacy is typically fast with good customer service. Many reviews highlight friendly, helpful, and efficient staff who show genuine concern for customers. Employees are noted for being kind, relaxed, and going out of their way to assist, such as helping find items and opening additional registers to avoid delays. While the drive-thru service is usually quick, there are occasional mentions of a newer employee there being slower. Overall, this location is considered a good pharmacy. Customers report it avoids the issues found at other CVS stores, such as problems with vaccine scheduling or automated refills. The staff's efficiency and consistent friendliness make it a preferred destination, with some customers choosing to drive out of their way to visit this specific store.
I'm not a typical negative reviewer, however CVS just isn't the same. The pharmacy is out of drugs often (but they'll text you to come in to get the prescriptions they don't have in stock). This is new. I'm losing faith in CVS as a reliable pharmacy.

The employee at this location was friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated after having a bad experience at a different CVS a few days prior.

This CVS is typically fast and has good customer service. I will say they hired a new person at the drive thru window, and we'll, he's slow and doesn't always seem to know what he's really doing. Overall a good pharmacy though.
