CVS Pharmacy provides great customer service. The pharmacists and technicians are kind and helpful. They offer options like call back and pick up. The staff, including pharmacy workers, are professional and attentive. They help with medication pickup and answer questions. Sometimes the lines can be long, but the staff works to resolve issues. Overall, CVS Pharmacy has great service, which is why some customers prefer it and even drive across town to visit this location.

I changed from Kroger’s to CVS for a particular drug because Pharmacist Heather helped facilitate a much better price for this costly drug.When I initially called, I was given the option of a call back rather than waiting on the phone. Call back and Pick up were good.
