Had many issues using their in store Amazon pickup locker, which the workers at the front desk were to no help with it

The prices a phenomenal and the selection is great. My biggest complaint is the long wait in line. Only 1 cashier with the manager standing nearby but didn’t help check out customers. I was only 3rd in line but took me 35 minutes to be checked out.
