Their pine and treated pine is superior to their main competitor, and I always go to Lowe's for those items, but for any other contractor grade items, it's the competitor for me.”

“My wife was looking for an item for our door and she had a couple of employees help her. The first young man was very helpful with assisting her find the product.This store didn't have it so a customer suggested wood glue for our problem. Another employee which was a young lady took her to that department. So my wife is telling me while deciding what kind to buy, a young man was helping another customer and she asked him what kind did he suggest. He knew exactly what the problem was with our door and gave her the kind he said he has used. She said all was helpful but Josh was all about helping. Told her exactly what to do when she got home and it worked well.. Thanks Josh because she was about to drive me crazy!!”
“Overall quality merchandise is solid but the "initial" service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of employees wandering around and customers waiting...however once I found the right person she went out of her way to help me get something from the back, and was quick about it! So she turned an overall negative review into a positive one.”
