I've only ever had positive experiences at this J.Crew location, especially with the staff that work here. More recently, Rachel and Allen took their time to help solve an in-store/online exchange process that I needed to have done, so I appreciate their customer service and willingness to take the time to help.

Great service at this location. My mom is a tiny lady and we always struggle finding her sizes left in store. The manager went above and beyond with shipping the item to make sure it got to us before she flew home. Excellent customer service!
