Kroger is a well-known grocery store in Nashville that offers a wide selection of food and household products, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmacy items. The store is appreciated for its friendly and knowledgeable employees, who are helpful and responsive to customer inquiries. Many shoppers have positive experiences with the meat, seafood, and deli departments, noting the respectful nature of the staff. However, some customers mention that the store often has long checkout lines due to a lack of open cash registers, which can lead to delays. Additionally, the removal of benches outside the store has been a concern for some, particularly for disabled individuals. While the store generally meets shoppers' needs, there are occasional complaints about product availability, such as the discontinuation of certain items. Overall, Kroger remains a popular choice for many in the area, despite some minor operational issues.
This is the most ragged, disorganized, poorly stocked Kroger in Nashville. Service is non existent when searching for items. Although it's only 1 mi away from my home, I will now drive 3 miles and spend more at Publix down the street!!!
