However, the experience is frequently impacted by operational and customer flow issues. The store can be very crowded, with dysfunctional layouts like a separated dairy cold section. The parking lot is bad, with tight parking and close aisles, causing people to circle for spots. Inside, shoppers commonly drive the wrong way down one-way aisles, and the entrance often backs up as many fail to have their membership cards handy. Very few people use the scan and go app, leading to gridlock at traditional checkouts; the many self-checkout lines do not work well with full carts. The cafe has terrible wait times. Occasionally, the store opens without merchandise, leaving empty places. A positive note is that leveraging the scan and go app can sometimes reveal unadvertised amazing discount prices on seasonal items.
Not a great experience took about 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get my food and which is insane. They quite literally forgot about my food! 3 stars 🥱
