After coming in for a tire repair, the team identified a life-threatening error made by Car X and Tire Barn Warehouse in Charleston/Champaign, Illinois. The wheel had been damaged to the point of being structurally unsound, which the previous shops did not tell me.
The two staff members who helped me (Luis..who's last day is today and Ryan) were professional, thorough, and went the extra mile to source parts from across Nashville to get me back on the road safely. “I love Sam's Club and this is my go to location in general. I have both Costco and Sam's membership and I prefer Sam's over Costco any day. Solely for their online pick up orders. Yes, because I am that lazy to go in, ok, it's not that....it's more likely I hate hauling big bulky items into the cart and then into my car by myself...not only that....but if it's not at 8AM, I am not going into sams...no way. I hate crowds and the parking lot is just ridiculous lol I will stick to my online pick up orders :)”

The receptionist found a specialist quickly for me and the specialist was able to speed through the process of finding the right faucet for me very rapidly. “Cold section for dairy separated from larger cold food area. A little dysfunctional. Very crowded today. Seems like more self checkout than lines with cashiers. With lots of full carts this doesn’t work well. My cashier was humping! Kudos to him. Took too long standing in line.”

“The tortillas here taste nice, and are freshly made. They are a bit too thick for my taste but definitely the best corn tortillas you can find.I also got some tomatoes and they were perfect. I don't give 5 stars because they need to improve the cleanliness in the place. Back where the butchery is the floor is pretty sticky and it doesn't smell nice.”
