Target offers a mix of experiences for its customers. While some reviews highlight pleasant shopping trips with clean and organized stores, helpful employees, and good sales on home decor, others point out significant issues. Customers have expressed frustration with small aisles cluttered by extra products, making navigation difficult. Additionally, there are concerns about employee engagement, with reports of staff appearing uninterested or unresponsive, particularly at self-checkout stations. The store's exterior has also been criticized for litter and debris, which detracts from the overall shopping experience. Despite these challenges, many appreciate the variety of products available and the occasional good deals. Overall, Target has potential but could benefit from improvements in customer service and store organization.
Call to talk to speak with a Team Lead keep getting hung up on before I can even proceed to do so, not the first time either, usually can go on for couple of hours with this repeated cycle guest or coworker should still have the decency to answer the phone regardless of what name or number appears on the Caller ID/Zebra

The aisles are WAY too small and the fact that they put all the extra product in the middle of the walkway makes it ten times worse. Those extra fixtures are barely shopped

Good selection however the outside of the store has trash and debris. The women’s shoe selection was also a mess. So much so that I couldn’t shop the section.
