About Thrifty Car Rental
Thrifty Car Rental is located in the Rental Car Center at Nashville International Airport, offering sensible savings and deals for vacations or weekend trips. They have a large fleet with lots of nice new cars to fit every type of trip. Customers can join the Blue Chip rewards program to get on the road quicker and earn points. Many reviews highlight exceptional and sensational customer service from staff at the counter, who are described as super nice, very informative, and efficient, getting customers in and out in no time. However, experiences with the vehicles themselves are mixed. Some customers reported not being satisfied, noting a car was not a little cleaner, a gas tank only 75% full, or a vehicle making a rattling noise. The process to collect keys involves a little walk from the terminal, and there can be some confusion at the kiosk regarding services like adding insurance.

The hidden fees are most outrageous and very disappointing. Don’t trust them to refund your deposit correctly or in a timely fashion. Originally received deposit back correctly only to have them take it back twice. Still waiting after 5 days to be corrected. Unacceptable.
