28 minutes on hold to ask about medication a in stock at the store before an automated voice said they were experiencing difficulty call back later. Wow!

Terrible customer service- hung up on me when I was asking for clarification on a prescription and were not willing to help or even listen to my question. It was so frustrating to be met with that when I was being kind, patient, and simply trying to ask a question.
