“Traditional grocery store. Very clean store. Well organized, no clutter. My favorite attribute of this store is the "normal " size of the facility. This is not a gigantic "super" center nor "mega" size store. This Ingles store is large enough to carry a large variety of merchandise, but is not overwhelming and chaotic like the humongous "super" big box stores. There is plenty of parking available. The store is very easy to access from the highway. The store is very easy to navigate and allows convenient, fast "in-and-out" service for quick trips. There are not many grocery shopping options in this part of the world. There are two full service grocery stores in Tazewell, and Ingles, by far, is my favorite of the two stores! Be sure to sign up for an "Ingles card" for extra savings and to take advantage of the store sales.”

“I'm not sure about the negative comments here but I found this little gem 25 yrs ago when I moved to Union Co. Never a bad experience ever! I come up here because you can't get a decent pizza or burger in Maynardville. For a store pizza they are fully loaded and fabulous! Best hotdogs too!”

“They need help bad all the shelves are empty. All the stuff is sitting in boxes that one girl don't know her name i think i heard someone call her sadies has been there a long time bless her heart trying to do it all hire some stockers to get that stuff put out where it can be sold and the store cleaned up”

“I like going to the store but they need more workers to slow you stand to long in line and when they call for the manager for your change back from $100 it takes the manager to long to get to the cash register and the office is right in front I do like shopping at this store but they need more workers and to pick up the pase my legs hurt from standing to long”
