OMG- what a service person- knew his stuff- saved an hour driving to the AT&T store in Franklin- this guy was intelligent and efficient- found the problem I'd had on my phone for who knows when- but he was Super !!!!!!! At&t needs to hired the CiCi the young lady that work at that location because I went a whole day without service and online support gave me the run around but as as I talk to her she knew exactly what to do! I was about to leave At&T until I met CiCi thanks you are the best
