“This AE store was smaller in size. They had one section for men and another section from women, that’s about it. All products were sort of cramped it to fit within the store. The store was mostly clean and tidy. They had sale prices on some of the products, some of the other ones had BOGO 50% deals. There was a clearance section that had discounts up to 60%. The staff members were friendly at the store. They greeted everyone who walked in and out. The checkout register had good service as well.”

“It's a decent score, the prices were good (I was hunting for a suit). Not a lot of staff walking around which is a good and a neutral thing. Little work to find someone when I needed them, but I prefer to peruse alone so that's mostly a positive thing. Clean as you would expect.”
“I live in Cincinnati, but I travel to Nashville frequently. During my trips, I always make time to visit Vignette multiple times. The staff is terrific, and the clothes are stylish and unique. “I came to Nina for my wedding dress alterations. I knew I could trust her as soon as we first met in her shop. She did an amazing job changing out the short sleeves of my dress to long sleeves with a yard of extra fabric I got from the designer. Other seamstresses said they needed more fabric, but Nina said it’d be easy! One week she had the prototype sleeves made with my extra lining, made notes for adjustments, and soon after, she had it all done! The sleeves were exactly what I envisioned and were so comfortable to be in. She also hemmed a few inches off and added a bustle, which held up with my heavy train. In the end she gave me a bag with all the scraps. Now I’m planning on making something for my future children with all that was leftover. Thank you Nina! You have an incredible talent!”
“Absolutely great experience. Yun was very kind, and listened attentively to what I needed for my bridesmaid dress. The dress was built for someone 5’10 and she resized multiple parts of the dress to fit me perfectly! Bottom hem, zipper, neck tie fix, and moved center line of dress up to the right place on my waist. At the wedding, I was told my dress was stunning multiple times. Couldn’t be more grateful for them helping get me in a dress I didn’t love and turn it into one I really loved for my sister’s wedding day. Thanks again Yun and team at Brentwood Alterations!”

“Fabulous selection on long formal gowns as well as cocktail dresses! Went in for 1 thing and came out with 3! I am over 60 years old and the styles they carried were age appropriate but NOT frumpy. Found my one stop shop for evening wear. Karen was great. She was honest with her opinion on how I looked in whatever I was trying on. I just discovered this shop however B. Hughes has been around the area for years. New location is beautiful.”
“Unlike the ones in Alabama where I’m from, this Burlington has a GREAT coat selection for adults and kids. The prices range from “girl up can’t beat that” to “it ain’t tricking if you got it” ? IYKYK
During the holiday rush department stores can be quite hectic but I must commend the staff here for diligently working to keep the store in order. The check out line was long (as it always is in December) but the cashiers were moving quickly and very friendly.”

“I love this store. I dont know what people are talking about When they say they have bad customer service. I never have a bad experience here, It sucks that they don't do returns, but they have a good exchange policy and always nice fashions so I guess that balances out.”
“I went today and the store was super busy. I saw multiple employees and all asked me if I needed help with anything. A girl named Magy checked me out and she was phenomenal. She went out of her way to go above and beyond and also went out of her way to check and see if there was a size on the floor that I couldn't find. The line was long and she didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience at all. I am a formal retail manager and the team on the floor today at Old Navy in Antioch was excellent! You just dont see that often these days.”
“This is one of the bigger and nicer stores in this outlet. It is so bright, tidy and organized, felt wonderful walking around the store. They had a lot of inventory of apparels and accessories for men and women. There wasn’t too many shoes at this store. There were multiple fitting rooms at the back of the store.
The products had good prices with a lot of discounts, up to 60%. They also had discounted sales prices on plenty of items. The staff members were attentive and friendly. They assisted us multiple times with questions and helped other customers to checkout quickly.”
“We came here during the tax-free weekend to shop for school clothes. The store was very well maintained and tidy. They didn’t have a lot of sizes bigger than 27 in jeans though.”
