My 18yr old son is on the spectrum and she was so classy with the extra instruction without being insulting.”
“I don’t know if this is the correct post office (the one that delivers to Lenox village) or if it will reach the intended person. I just want to write this, in case you read it.
I had intended to be home today to accept some flowers I had ordered. I was afraid the plants would die if they were left to roast in the sun- so I left a note and asked if he or she could put them in the shade under the stairs. I hoped the person delivering them would see it. They did! I came home to see them tucked away in the shade, safe.

“The staff at this location are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I was dreading going to the post office because of experiences at other locations, but this USPS office is one of the best customer experiences of any kind that I’ve had in a while. While I was there, I observed staff be very patient and kind with an irrationally irritated customer, and provide amazing service to everyone. Thank you to Destiny and the team for helping me today! Much appreciated, and I’ll definitely be back when I need to ship more items.”
