“This is probably the best post office in the Nashville metro area. The employees are incredibly efficient. It's always busy, but the employees keep the line moving. The postal facility is also conveniently located just off I-65 in the Brentwood area, technically just inside Davidson County a mere 103 feet north of the Brentwood/Williamson County border. That makes it convenient for residents of both counties who live in the area. This is also one of the few post offices in Middle Tennessee that will process passports. We've used that service before!”
“I’m sitting in the parking lot after walking out of the post office, and wanted to say that I had an outstanding experience with Sandy. Not only was she friendly, but she was also efficient. I mailed two packages, and it’s always nice when a USPS worker knows how to scan a Poshmark QR code to print the corresponding shipping label. Thank you, Sandy! I’ve recently had great experiences at the College Grove & Eagleville USPS locations as well, but their hours are more limited.”

“I haven't visited this location in a while because there were signs on the door stating it was closed. Today, there was a very friendly and helpful young man assisting someone before me. This location is small but has a lot of mailing supplies including greeting cards.
I love there are pens available to customers to write out addresses, money orders and labels.”

“This is the best post office I’ve ever been too! I’ve been to USPS all over the country and this one is a special special place. The employees are so kind, helpful, funny and go above and beyond in their customer service. Today Dornaj stayed late to help sort through papers and find a receipt I needed . He was so helpful and generous with his time. I am eternally grateful for him and the other employees at this location. I wish more USPS had the service that this location provides. Great job everyone - thank you for all you do for our community.”
