“I had a short in my AC wireing and Austin took time from his lunch break and fixed it and I'm 63 years old and on oxygen most of the time and I needed it fixed and it works great now and didn't charged me that much at all very good people very honest people and I would recommend them 100 percent.

“We had driven from Baltimore to pick up a rescue dog and were on our way back to Baltimore when my car started making a terrible noise. Although they were very busy at the garage when we explained our predicament, they were very kind and the mechanic took the car for a test drive, found the problem and fixed it in about five minutes. They refused to charge us. You cannot beat that for wonderful service.”

“I live in South Carolina so I don’t know anything about auto repair shops in Tullahoma TN. I called Triple B about my grandson’s 2010 Honda Accord. My grandson is 16 and knows nothing about cars. Although the lady I talked to was extremely friendly I was still somewhat concerned about the shops pricing, reliability, and friendliness of staff. My grandson took his car there they repaired it in no time at a fair price. I feel so much better now that if my grandson has a problem with his car he has some where to take it now. Living 8 hours away sucks. Thank you for the great service”

“Recently had my Sprinter van serviced at BSG. I went in for a known brake issue and, having worked two large-scale auto repair shops years ago, I had a figure in mind as what I expected to see before ever getting the quote and they landed right in the middle of my expected expense so I was pleased with the price. I knew I had some front end work needed as well and they got me fixed up on that as well. From initial service order to pick up, Big Springs Garage took excellent care of my vehicle & me in a reasonable time frame and budget. I never look forward to dropping off this van for repair because anything with the MB emblem on it is automatically above the usual price-waise, but I'll definitely be calling BSP first whenever it's not a "dealer item" repair. Being able to have a local trustworthy shop who can handle this vehicle means a lot.”

“I contacted Eric the owner of Southern to install a Truma Tankless RV water heater. His shop in one of the only Truma Dealer Partners in lower middle TN. Truma requires a Dealer Partner install their units to ensure their warranty. I could not be happier with the install. The tech Eric put on the job, Tim took a great deal of pride in what he was doing. He treated my RV as if it was his own. As a former RV Registered Tech, that trait is hard to come by with most technicians. Their very fair pricing, how quickly they got me in and out and the finished install will bring be back. I can highly recommend this shop and staff.Update: Living in TN we have a ton of Mud Dauber Wasps. They like to get into just about any place they want. I did not want them in the new water heater. With a little Macgver move, I managed to get a 9 3/4 x 7 Screen to fit perfectly over the vent opening. I could attach the top with a standard spring to a post on the vent. There was no such post on the bottom of this vent. The bottom needed a little ingenuity. I attached a round thin magnet on the screen and one one on the heater with 3M tape. Worked perfectly and is very secure.(see photo)”

I've now been dealing with Mike for years and I wouldn't change a thing. Done a lot of business with him over the years been nothing but satisfied every step along the way. Remember that in today's day and age good help is hard to find. Same applies to Mike. So bare with the guy if he's a little slow right now because he is working with a very young crew of help. Mike still looks their work over but it is rough sometimes.”
“I have only good things to say about this dealership. To be honest, after having a bad experience at another dealership I was desperate to find a specific vehicle for the price that I wanted.. So I reached out to Stan McNabb Chevrolet in Tullahoma Tn.. about a vehicle I had seen online and Jimmy worked at giving me all the details and information I requested which was extremely helpful. I set up a time to test drive the vehicle .. and Jimmy went over all the paperwork including the amount we had previously agreed on and then the sale was finished up.. I have had the vehicle for less than one week.. and so far everything is going well. I will definitely update this review if any problems arise but as of now, I have only good things about the Stan McNabb dealership for selling me the car I wanted for the amount I was looking to pay..”

“Chad and Taylor dispatched the next day when I got home from a 12 hour nightshift and fixed my car while I was asleep and allowed a no contact service so I could sleep! I just used a virtual payment method (cashapp) to pay for my service fee and labor. Taylor knows I’m a single mom with 3 jobs so she graciously also cleaned my car out for me without me even having to ask! If you want fast, affordable, reliable, and QUALITY work that will COME TO YOU this is the service for you! I’ve used them on 2 separate occasions for 2 different mechanical problems and have had a great experience both times. Always remember that negative reviews aren’t always truthful as much as opinionated! I’ve had pretty intricate mechanical problems and both times I was fixed same day with no issues! The first time I needed my battery changed out, windshield wiper motor needed to be replaced; and then this time my blower motor (heat & air conditioning) had went out which required pulling the dash, the gas and brake pedal, and was hard to get to and Chad did it like it was nothing! I will continue using this service as long as it’s available. In my experience he’s cheaper than a normal auto mechanic shop and there’s no waiting days to get your car fixed and you do not need someone to help you drop the car off/pick it up because Chad comes to you! If I could give this small business 10 stars I would!”
