“I have been with the credit union for many years. I think they told me 1997 I joined but not exactly sure about the dates.They are very special young men and women who work there. Since losing my parents I can't focus good and they are so helpful and the kindness they show their customers is great.I have had to call the branch 2 times this week Amanda was so sweet and understanding. They make you feel that you are part of their own team.The ITM machines are the Best. I remember they were putting them I and I was so rude telling the girls inside that I would never use them. Lol new things intimidate me I think I can't work something new. I love them I had foot surgery right after they had them in and it was a Blessing to have them help me.Sydney is so friendly and all the staff that has helped me at the ITM is very sweet and helpful. I know several by name besides Sydney and they always show kindness to me.Thank everyone at ORNL for your kindness and helping me when I can't figure out what I have done to my account. LOL just like I meant to finish by saying I know several names at the I TM machine but I can't remember them right now.like I said they are all the Best I could ask for.May God Bless everyone with a wonderful day.”
