“Got crack in my windshield the other day and it spread fast. I called for an appointment and from the beginning of the a woman asking me and checking for a discount for me through my insurance which I didn't know to getting me in asap. Then when I get there they offered me Coffee, water and hot chocolate I knew I was at the right place. Everyone was nice and showing their southern hospitality. The guy working on my car was friendly and quick too and had me in and out in no time. Most definitely a place I have saved and bookmarked.”

All team members were extraordinarily helpful from drop-off to pickup, they had my truck fender and door replaced way faster than expected, matched the paint perfectly, and went out of their way to help me with dealing with insurance and getting the best deal. Highly recommend, and if I'm ever in need of body work in the future I'll be coming right back to here. Thanks again yall!”

“Sometimes its just a diamond. Took my RV into Lawrence Glass Murfreesboro location for a side glass replacement. They kept me informed on the glass arrival, allowed me to schedule immediately after receiving the shipment. Drop off was easy and quick with them finishing the job faster than the estimated time. All this was good, but the great was the extras, I had to build a window to get back from Alaska with my motor coach which meant a lot of duct tape. They cleaned all the residue, and tape off my RV not only where they had to work but also where I had tape from an earlier attempted fix. Kudos on the extra effort. I had also asked way late in the operation for them to look at a couple of chips in my windshield. They ended up finding and fixing all of them for a more than fair price, and even pull my rig back in to get it done. Thanks for above and beyond, will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“We were in Nashville on vacation. Broke the windshield on our truck (accidentally!) just a few days before we were to drive home to California. We found AA Auto Glass online. They responded to our inquiry rapidly, quoted an acceptable price, and committed to providing service before noon the next day. They contacted us within the timeframe the following morning, met us at the agreed time, and completed the work within an hour. The technician was very competent and efficient, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. We could not be happier with this experience, from start to finish. I'd like to note that we contacted a second auto glass company that first day. They never even got back to us with a price. We highly recommend AA Auto Glass!”

“I have worked with Hendersonville Gerber twice in the past 6 years. I came back the second time because they did amazing work the first time. They still did amazing body work and I would choose them again for this very reason. I also understand that the car part market has not been the same since 2020 and there are delays in getting almost anything needed, so the fact that it took over a month to get my car back didn’t really bother me either. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 comes down to the fact that my reverse camera worked absolutely perfectly until I left my car with Gerber. It has been cutting in and out ever since I got it back from them and when I called to complain about it, I was told that since my car was damaged in the front they weren’t responsible for the camera that is located in the back. They insisted they had no reason to do anything in the back of my car, which should be true yet my trunk liner had very obviously been removed and they even lost a screw out of one of the parts that holds it in. So why were they in my trunk? I feel like someone took my camera and switched it out for a bad one or they damaged the wiring or camera in some way while they were in my trunk. After several attempts to get this corrected, I was offered a chance to come in and have their outside electronics people do a diagnostic on my car so I went in and waited only to then be told that they weren’t going to be available that day. Time is money and at this point it is cheaper to just buy a new one online and fix it myself. Anyway, they do absolutely amazing body work so I still give them 4 stars bc I can fix the camera but I sure couldn’t have fixed the outside of my car as well as they did.”
“Here is my Safelite story:
I was driving home late at night and picked up a hitchhiker, about a mile down the road he pulled a knife on me.
I noticed he was not wearing a seatbelt and accelerated to 100MPH and then slammed on my brakes.
He flew through the windshield and on to the street.
I called Safelite and they arrived within the hour and replaced my windshield and they even helped me move the body off to the side of the road so I would not risk damage to my car.
