The scheduler called and put me on the schedule for the best day for me, told me how it was going to go on the day scheduled, and then made sure I had everything I needed. On the day of the install, Alex from JMAG, contacted me to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He arrived and had everything set up for my windshield replacement, explained how it was going to happen, and provided me a few details about a piece of molding on my windshield. In about 30 minutes, the new windshield is installed and looks great. Alex gave me some last minute instructions and was on his way. Total pro!
