16765 Alberta St, OneidaLemme tell yall somethin. Being on the road traveling for work you hit the same usual food places everywhere you go for the most part. But every now and then you find an absolute gem of a restaurant that you never would’ve known about unless you decided you wanted to take a chance and give it a shot. And that’s exactly what happened. Unbeknownst to me and my buddy, we got there about 30 minutes shy of closing time. We walk in and there’s a few people in line, looked to be a large party had just come through. Dalton was the first to greet us. Us being on the road and from central Alabama we ain’t ever been here before so we did the usual of asking “Hey what would you recommend for a first time customer?” Dalton tells him the ribs so that’s what he goes with. Now it’s my turn. I’m good at knowing in my head what I want, but sometimes putting it into words gets the better of me. And Mariella is faced to deal with it lol. Thankfully she was able to understand what it was I wanted exactly and we made it over the hurdle 😂😂. All in all, one of the best experiences of a BBQ place I’ve ever had. I hate I wasn’t able to catch everyone’s names while we were there but Dalton and Mariella, you guys killed it!!Awesome service, fantastic personalities, just an all around perfect experience. You can bet this Bama guy will most DEFINITELY take a day to travel 4 hours north to come back and up and have lunch or try out that buffet. Yall swing by and get some food. Tell em Trey sent ya!!
