Pet Care
Dogwood Animal Hospital
1024 Old Hwy 127 South, JamestownI had such a great experience bringing my dog Nola in today. She is 7 years old and pregnant with her first litter, and this is also my first experience with a pregnant dog, so I had a lot of questions and concerns. They took their time with us, did X-rays, explained what to expect during labor, what warning signs to watch for, when to call their emergency line, and how to care for the puppies after they’re born.
They were honest with me about the additional risks because of Nola’s age without making an already stressful situation feel even more overwhelming. They answered every question I had and made sure I felt as informed and prepared as possible before we left. They also reassured me that I had done everything I could at home to prepare for her and the puppies, which meant a lot to me.
I left feeling so much better and much more confident about what to expect over the next couple of days. I’m incredibly grateful for the time, patience, compassion, and thoroughness they showed both Nola and me. I would absolutely recommend them.

Upchurch Animal Clinic
725 Allardt Highway, JamestownI couldn’t have got better care for my dog. We are new to area and my dog needed care, so I stopped at the Upchurch clinic and she received the best care, The vet tried other options before surgery. The surgery went well and the staff updated me when I called. I feel they went above and beyond for my dog. If there was a 10 star I would give it. Thanks to all the staff for the care you give to my dog.
