“Went in today for a drink. I grabbed one, that the lid was messed up on it. I went back in, and Justin fixed my problem asap. The store was the neatest DG, I had ever been in. Management here should be commended. Very impressed.”

“I don't know if it's due to lack of products on the trucks coming in, understaffed or just employees that aren't thrilled over their jobs. Many shelves were bare, disheveled, unorganized. I saw one gentleman taking things from a U-boat to place on the shelves. He didn't seem overly happy about either being there or his job. He wasn't rude, and I did observe him help an elderly cpl. Yet, his vibe said all that was needed. The cashier was nice, and seemed chipper enough. This isn't the 1st time I've been to this particular store & found the shelves in a terrible shape. I go to several Dollar Trees due to the great deals that can be found, when products are out to find. This particular store could use a renovation for sure. The employees could most likely use either more hourly pay or hours. I get why they work them as they do. Yet, when they see employees miserable. They should do better & create a better environment for their staff. Between the staff & customers. That's how they stay open. ?☺️”
“It was clean and staff was very helpful and nice love to change there making. It's not just a Dollar tree anymore it's dollar plus they have $3 stuff and $5 things now which is pretty cool.”

“Always well stocked with a friendly & helpful staff. You can find almost everything here & it's a quick in & out. Problem is, you go in meaning to just grab one thing but by the time you reach the checkout you've found at least 10 other items you "need". A very convenient store & the prices are great.”
“The first time I went into this store they were getting a new manager. The store looked horrible but I thought well they are getting a new manager we'll see.. I have been coming here for several months now and the store looks better and better everytime I come in. Kudos to the new manager who has came into the store and totally turned it around!! I think more people need to give this location another chance I know it has had a bad rep for a long time but just give it one more try!!”

“Willie went above and beyond to make sure my father and me had what we needed. We were leaving the store. He asked us did we find what we needed. We said no but thanks for his help anyway. He was on a small break, came back in(because the product we needed had been moved to another location within the store) and located the item for us. Absolutely over the top quality customer service. Thanks Willie because you saved us a trip to another store and you were very professional.”
“They are the closest store to my house that isnt a gas station or antique shop. They always have new things anytime I swing by and for being a small store they sure cram a lot of stuff inside. They only get four stars though cause of the fact I always have to hunt for anything and the register people are almost always in the office when I get in the store. The staff can usually point me in the right direction but its kind of annoying having to hunt for stuff when I dont feel like asking someone. They also dont carry the same things from year to year because last year I totally bought seeds for my garden there and this year they dont offer seeds for flowers but they have grass seed. The aisles are always a chaotic mess though I think it's from customers not putting things back where and how they found it.”

“My husband is the store manager & he works very hard to please all of his customers! He works 6 days out of 7 and will dig threw his stock room if you can’t find what your needing! He is a nice guy & will be be glad to help JUST ASK HIM. His store is the cleanest I have seen in Chattanooga, every store is understaffed or have some out of stock but I promise his store is the one your gonna be most pleased with! Check for yourself!”
“Good stock noted. Store was clean and pretty well organized. Halloween selection was nice and already a good bit of Christmas stock out and available. The staff who were present during my visit were kind and helpful.”
“Normally use this store. It's been the cleanest and friendliest one in the area for a long time. Went in yesterday and was very disappointed in the condition of the store. Products strewn all over the floor in every isle. Many shelves bare, messy, and covered with packaging trash. This was not due to a pandemic or weather related event. This was not due to holiday restocking. Hoping they are just temporarily short handed and will recover soon....??”

“Dollar Tree sells lots of items for $1.25, which you can also find at other stores, but the prices at other stores are higher. Most shopping trips, I buy a supply of greetings cards, books, gardening items, health and beauty items, craft items, cleaning supplies,dog toys, games, and candy.”
