“I had a damaged s23u screen and was able to get a service call to the house quickly. The screen he put in that was immediately available was defective but operational with the S pin. He let me keep the screen while they expedite ordered another screen overnight to the repair shop. Received the second screen next day and two months later no issues with quality or installation.

Unfortunately, the other worker was rude, lazy, and dismissive, making the whole process unnecessarily difficult. “Miguel was absolutely amazing!! Such a polite, kind, & put together young man. Great at sales & great customer service! He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. I asked how long would it take, he told me 15 mins, and I told him “no since you have someone else waiting…” Miguel said, “ma’am I don’t mind at all, you are the customer, so I’ll do whatever I need to assist you until we’re done.” He was a complete delight!
