“On my way to work one brisk December morning, I realized I left my work shirt (black polo) at home! Frantic, I called Providence at 8:20 am (store opens at 9am, same time I had my first client appointment) and in hopes of asking if I might be allowed to make a purchase before my first client…A kind man obliged and let me buy a shirt 15 minutes before opening! ABSOLUTE SAVIOR of the day! Eternally grateful to the kind gentlemen who assisted me… he even went as far as to pre-browse the shirts before I arrived and picked out a selection for me to look through!!20/10 customer service today!!!! “I've been coming to this store for many years. I've always had a great experience in the store. Here recently the experience has gone down. Not only has the clearance side jumped in price with some items being priced significantly above retail value but there is no control over customers. There are too many people camping out on the furniture or packing carts and leaving them parked to go get more items. Which is making hard to navigate through an already packed store. The last security guard may have been a little rough but he honestly kept people in order. As this place can become chaos. I feel sorry for the workers that have to put up with some the horrendous customers.”
