“Prices are a little higher than many grocery stores, but it is a small country town grocery, so I expected that moving from a larger city. I did enjoy the freshley cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner (with seating like a restaurant). They also had a few of my favorite brands I haven't found in Memphis or at Kroger since Covid hit in 2020, so I was an extremely happy girl.”

“It has gotten a lot better in the last year. The workers there are polite, and help with whatever they can. It can get really busy in there at times, but they do what they can to get everyone checked out and happy. It has gotten way better since Mattie started working there!!!!????? Oh, yeah. And before someone starts complaining about something not being on sale, but a sign says it is, try reading the whole sign first, not just the top of it!”

“About 1 month ago my mom run down to dollar general to get a few things and she always lays her wallet in top of cart. She got her things loaded car but left her wallet in cart and didn't realize it until 2 days later when she looked in her purse to get ready for a short trip. Frantic she called me and I immediately called the store and spoke with Erin . Erin was super great and looked at video several times to try and locate it.. ..mom was devastated because it had pictures in there that couldn't be replaced. Long story short the coca cola lady found my mom's wallet in a cart and turned it in a couple weeks later. Everything was just as she left it!!! Huge thank you to Erin and the coca cola lady!!!!!!! There is still great people in this world!!!!!!!!! It appears that Dollar General knows how to pick their employees!!!!!”
