“Very kind and helpful staff. I was over charged for a service fraudulently and they recovered my money and saved my account and $400. This branch is wonderful!!! Jodi is always so helpful and kind. She's a great employee who deserves a raise in my opinion.”

“I have been banking with Smartbank for about 15 years and have a very good experience. The Pigeon Forge branch staff are very accommodative and always helpful. The only thing I do not like is that they cap the Zelle limit to $250 for each transactions, which in my opinion is too low. I always have to call and get the limit increased for a day. I wish they raise the limit to $2,000 like many other banks have.”

“While on vacation, I needed to find a local Truist branch for a money transfer. All of the employees at the Pigeon Forge location were pleasant and friendly. There was a bit of a wait to be helped but multiple people apologized for the delay. A special thank you to Stephanie for helping me and providing an option I wasn’t aware of that ended up saving me some money.”
