“I have been banking with Smartbank for about 15 years and have a very good experience. The Pigeon Forge branch staff are very accommodative and always helpful. The only thing I do not like is that they cap the Zelle limit to $250 for each transactions, which in my opinion is too low. I always have to call and get the limit increased for a day. I wish they raise the limit to $2,000 like many other banks have.”
