“I had a very, very pleasant experience applying for a new account. Some of the banks I have talked to you have been very difficult and unhelpful, however, Brittany and the bank manager, Caty were extremely helpful and very thorough. They went over all the paperwork with me, explained all the different benefits from the bank, I was able to get a debit card the same day and I could not be more pleased. “I’ve had the worst time getting a particular document finally finished recently. Last night I made an appointment to have it notarized at this branch this morning. Unfortunately, I made the appointment for tomorrow instead of today. When I learned there was no one available to notarize my document today, I reacted poorly. As soon as I realized it was my mistake, I felt awful and apologized profusely. The ladies at the branch were awesome about the situation and helped me find another notary in the area. They’re great people!”

“I’ve been a loyal customer since highschool (2010) and I’m glad to say I’ve never once been let down by this bank. They are always welcoming and have great customer service. Right before the holidays my Wife’s card was comprised. Once I caught it and called, Macy had a new card being made, old one shutdown, dispute papers processing. This took a whole 10-15 minutes including my drive to the bank on a Friday 30 minutes before close. My money was returned early that next week!! I’m blown away by the swift response and customer service. Glad to say I’ll be a customer for life and can’t recommend them enough.

Also, shoutout to Shelby with card services for answering my questions swiftly through the app and giving me that reassurance that I needed.
