Check-in has always been easy and quick. Check-out has always been just as easy and quick. The cleaning people are very friendly and accommodating as well. It's such a safe, casual and quiet area to be. You are right in the heart of everything, shopping, entertainment and eating.

Very clean. Great staff. Only negative thing (didn't affect us though) but there is only one elevator on the end. So if you have to use an elevator ask for a 1st floor or a room close to the elevator. Pool was very clean. Quit rooms.

Literally stayed here for 6 hours so that I could be close to the Smoky Mountains to hike, but I felt safe and clean. Also the guy working 3rd shift was super friendly which is always a plus!
