This was a VERY nice place & location to stay while in Pigeon Forge. There was a communication barrier with the house keeping crew but they did a great job cleaning our room during our stay.

Okay place, kind of dated hotel and very few plug ins to charge electronics, etc. Kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools.
