River Place Inn & Cabins is a hotel on the strip offering good rooms at a good price. Many rooms are clean and spacious, some with a nice river view where guests can feed the ducks. The place appears to have been remodeled and is quiet, with stocked vending machines. Rooms typically have a nice TV, refrigerator, microwave, and comfortable beds. The staff and customer service are frequently described as friendly, fantastic, nice, and helpful. The location is great, close to shopping and attractions. However, some guests note obvious signs of delayed upkeep, like shower water pressure issues, a toilet seat not bolted down, or light bulbs out. Additional fees and taxes at check-in have been mentioned.
Because we didn't get to stay at this place after booking, I can only tell you our experience trying to cancel. Due to family circumstances, we were forced to cancel the trip. After a few missteps in communixation, we were able to get this canceled and even refunded our money. Thank you. We will try again soon.

Older dated motel but clean and very friendly staff. Back door of room out to river area a bonus. Suited our needs perfectly. Would stay here again!

Check in was easy got to the room had a smell to it. did a room check like I do every where I stay and found roaches in the room one alive on the bed and some dead behind the tv did not check anywhere else. Thankfully front desk was nice and I was able to get a refund for the weekend.
