“Brandon deserves a raise!! Yesterday I purchased a replacement head for my Ego trimmer from Ace Hardware in Pigeon Forge. After I took it home, I had trouble removing the old one. I called the store and Brandon said he could help me. When I returned to the store with my trimmer, Brandon was nice, patient and was able to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. He went above and beyond for me. I will be returning to this Pigeon Forge Ace Hardware location for future purchases solely because of Brandon's excellent Customer Service!! Also, I asked him what I owed him for helping me, he said I didn't owe him anything. This Above and Beyond Customer Service is Very Rare these days!! Thank you, Brandon!!
