“I can’t say enough about how positive our experience has been with Myra and her team. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question and concern we had. We could have dealt with anyone in Knoxville, but a friend said go to Sevierville and you won’t regret it. Boy she was right. We got a fair deal, no haggling, just great service.
Then with 2 separate deliveries, the delivery guys were friendly, conscientious about moving the appliances in, and made sure not to mess anything up.

“On July 3rd I went to the Farrell-Calhoun paint store in Sevierville Tennessee with a quart of their paint that matched my wall but for the accent wood that we added on the wall I wanted it to stand out. Sheryl and Lucy were working that day and were very accommodating to help me pick the next color up. After taking it home neither my husband nor I were satisfied it needed to be a deeper color. So both of us went back to the store looking through all the different paint samples and came up with a deeper color still.. when we got home it was awful. So Friday the 4th of July we went back and Sheryl and Lucy were working again. My husband was carrying a small rolling pin that was the color that we needed the new quart of paint to be, he was acting like he was going to beat me with the rolling pin us three ladies laughed and told him he was outnumbered LOL. Just wanted to commend these ladies on how professional they were, how personable they were and how they made us feel good about our decisions even though it took us a while to get there.

“If you have read my review of the sevierville Lowe's store which is right across the street I can tell you that your experience at Home Depot will be a complete opposite experience. It's no wonder that store across The street can remain open when their service is so horrible and right across the street at Home Depot, not only is the selection bigger and better but the staff is more courteous and willing to help. The people in this location go out of their way and run that extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy. Like I said, the complete opposite from Lowes. I 100% recommend and endorse this Home Depot location.”

“What a cool adult toy store! They have everything and then some. They carry high end tools as well as cheaper stuff. I noticed they had a lot of unique tools that are harder to find. “Need a rack for coolers and other items to go on a rear hitch . Traveling with 4 dogs after we moved off a farm we rented for 9yrs from a dear man that passed away. So the family wanted to do other things with it and we are making best of it staying in rental cabins and bare min 4 elderly dogs we rescued as puppy's now there 15 and the rack came together with staff helping I one extra trip for a hitch adapter . Ty u guys for all your help.”
