“Harbor freight's been doing a better job at keeping their shells stocked their store clean the personnel are friendly and understand what's at the store. But it's beginning to look more like a Sears. Sears always had nicer tools but It comes out of price.”
“Not a big visit today, needed a couple of bungee cords for tie downs in my car. Young lady greeted me right away and asked if she could help me, I asked where the bungee cords were, the gentleman in paint stepped in (I'm guessing the young lady was a new employee) he took me to the bungee cord selection and left me to decide, (which I appreciated). Went to the register man at the register very friendly asked for my phone number, then addressed me by name. Again, not a huge purchase but a very obvious focus on team work and cohesiveness among the employees. Quick visit to Ace, I was in and out in the time it would have taken me to walk across the parking lot and find assistance at our local Lowe's. Glad Curt's Ace is in Elizabethton!”
“Have shopped here several times for parts I couldn’t find anywhere else. Always friendly and helpful. Today ran out of gas like an idiot and coasted in the parking lot. They were nice enough to put enough gas in my car so I could get to gas station. Above and beyond. All these guys are great.”

“I recently visited the store. I had been shopping for a small mig welder. After looking at the box stores, I'm glad I visited Airgas. Doug was more than happy to talk with me about my needs, projects, and he assisted me in selecting the right model welder that would suit my needs. I chose the Lincoln 215 MPi. I'm very happy with the experience, and the personable approach that both Doug and Austin provided. There knowledge, and patience with all my questions was outstanding. “I ordered last minute online. I called the store and asked if I could pick the item up as late as it was. We was in desperate need of the Horse Liniment. The lady that answered said she would go get it right away and have it ready for me to pick up. I arrived 2 minutes before they closed and was able to pick it up. ? The lady was never rude about it. We appreciate her doing that. This lady needs s raise. We need more people like her in the world.”
