“The USPS located on Milligan hwy, Milligan TN is the most friendliest and is personally my favorite United States post office that I like to visit anytime bc it's the closest to my house and I think they are one of the smaller locations in my area, but it is not always open due to lunch and the postal workers that work there take a break and lunch and then they reopen so make sure you check their hours before going to their location, but I guarantee you the experience will be very satisfied with the low traffic and of course you can run into a line but I have never waited like I have at other locations in my area. ??? I think y'all deserve the recognition of the friendliest and trustworthy USPS and won't be like visiting the bigger postal locations.”

“I went here dreading it because I had to get my passport renewed. I had forms, but not all the correct ones. I also had filled out some unnecessary ones. I originally thought my friend had made my appointment here, but found that was not the case. Regardless, Chrissy helped me, took me straight into her office, got the correct paperwork for me, answered all my questions...an absolute angel in human form! This woman is the absolute epitome of customer service! Smart, funny, competent! She knows her job inside & out. She put all my dread aside within minutes, answered all my questions, a true blessing!”
“Efficient and courteous. Arrived at 1 minute before Saturday AM closing to mail a package. No one was at the front desk and when the clerk appeared I gave her the parcel and apologized for being so late. She looked at her watch and stated she was busy in the back and had not realized what time it was. A good employee!”

“I'd give 10/10 ? if I could. I've had 2 package deliveries on 2 seperate occasions that for whatever reasons never made it to my door. I contacted the Elizabethton post office & he fixed it to where my packages were redelivered on the same day. In today's world it's rare someone goes above & beyond to help another person. This place is the exception! Hard workers & they actually care & it shows in how well they do their job! Keep up the great work!”

“The guys here are really fantastic. I’ve been a local to this area my entire life, and recognize familiar faces, even when the location has changed. The new post office looks great! And it’s in a much better area of town. The people who work here are just downright kind and helpful people. I can’t imagine the lack of resources and often times lack of information they’re given, to provide to the customer, but they do an exceptional job at explaining what they’re able to and helping however they can.
I know it’s easy sometimes for people to blame the Messenger when a package is late or hasn’t been received, but the guys here do everything they can to solve your issues and if it’s outside of their scope, they’re more than willing to point you in the right direction or explain they’ve done all they can do. I’ve come in, frustrated over the whereabouts of my package before, and while my issue isn’t always resolved the way I want it to be, the guys who work here are never anything but professional, kind, and realistic in their Explanations of what my expectation should be. They should definitely be paid more, and our local and federal government should do more to support the people who have their boots on the ground doing the hard work.”

“I have used this post office since I was 18 and we drop off packages multiple times weekly to be shipped. Shannon is the best! She is always kind and helpful. Always willing to help. I have been to other post offices but they are no where as efficient and welcoming as the Bluff city one has been for us. Most of the ones that were here for years have retired. But thank goodness they found someone to carry on the hard work, the knowledge and the friendliness that has always made this post office my favorite! Please don’t retire Shannon you’re the best !!”
