They had Frances King from "The Scout Guide Knoxville" there with her beautiful latest magazine as well as Anna Moss With an absolutely beautiful flower bar. “My favorite store only place that sells jeans that fit me good. A little pricy blue jeans here range from 80 dollars to 250 dollars expensive but very good thick denim blue jeans. Also a great place to get the latest club clothes.”

“Roamed West Town for the first time in years this week and the staff were very friendly, they greeted us and even followed up asking if we needed help a few more times while browsing.The store has a ludicrous amount of product in such a small space! Amazing band vintage tshirts and merch from the floor the the ceiling on every wall lol.”
“This Ross is not as stocked as the one in Sevierville, but it is better organized, and cleaner. You can always find something special at Ross. They usually have lavender doggie wipes 120 count for 3.99 or 4.99. Most other places for the same brands are 6.99 to 10.99. ( nice savings) they also have good solid toys for pets. And again sometimes I find converse high tops, I love half the price of Kohl's etc... Candles, soy half the price of other places, the same brand. It's so fun, to look for the treasures. The help is nice and helpful!”

“Super cute shop with lots of great items. I loved seeing all the wacky UT themed earrings and apparel. They also carry regular, non-orange clothing and accessories, as well as shoes, gifts, home and bath items, books, jewelry and more. There's so much to see and this would be a go-to spot for me for gifts if I lived in the area. I went in twice while staying downtown and fell in love with this cute leather cross-body bag. I was curious to see if the brand/designer was local, so I looked it up online. It was not local and the bag was steeply discounted online (50% off) vs the price at Bliss, so I ended up ordering it online directly from the brand. I do love to support local businesses and shops, but I also have to consider my budget. That being said, this is a great place to stop for a unique souvenir or gift for yourself or someone else!”

“I cannot recommend this boutique enough! Although I have never been in person, the customer service was phenomenal when it came to an urgent matter with my package. I had paid for two day shipping, expecting one of their dresses to arrive for a wedding I had four days later. After not receiving the package a full day later, I reached out to them to see what the issue was (remember, I had paid A LOT extra for the expedited shipping). When the package was nowhere to be tracked, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the dress the day before the wedding!!! Texting me updates and everything along the way... Once I got the original package in the mail (a whole week late), they were more than happy to accommodate me where necessary. Thank you so much to the girls that helped me!”
