“well, i never used fed ex before but i would try twice in a week. the first time i dealt with rhea who was excellent in packing a picture and printing my ebay slip to mail. very pleased with the procedure. the second time i dealt with i believe patsy. she was good also, although i was confused about the very high charge to ship to california. between the two of us, i should have asked before paying 143. oo ridiculous price as i almost ended losing on this. she did an excellent job of packing the picture, but the pricing could have been explained. i assume she thought i knew. i would recommend this fed ex by check pricing before getting package wrapped to ship. little late once that was done”
