Recognizing this fact, I got a UPS Store box here for all my parcel deliveries.
Everyone in the store knows me and my wife by name, they're always friendly and helpful, even helping us load large, heavy, or awkward packages into our cars, like the truck bed topper I had delivered last week.
Long story short (er), they're consistently excellent, friendly, and professional.

“Wonderful place. I was helped immediately to get my package sent. Quick in identifying my preprint label and printing out an up to date label.
Also I had my box open because I had no tape since I was on vacation, she taped it up for me which was really kind of her. Also the tape was a wider one than usual which is exactly what I like to see because it shows they are on their A-Game.”

“I showed up to this location 5 minutes before close, 2 days before Christmas with a stack of gifts. (I know that’s not nice, I promise profusely apologized). I am working two jobs and didn’t have much time to wrap gifts for my siblings and their kids. I walked into a very nice black lady. I began to apologize for coming in late and she didn’t bat an eye. She was kind. Explained pricing. Help me get the right info and stayed over to wrap them in bubble wrap. Somehow they made it before Christmas! I was shocked. Great job FED EX and if I can find her again, I hope to be able to thank her in person.”
“well, i never used fed ex before but i would try twice in a week. the first time i dealt with rhea who was excellent in packing a picture and printing my ebay slip to mail. very pleased with the procedure. the second time i dealt with i believe patsy. she was good also, although i was confused about the very high charge to ship to california. between the two of us, i should have asked before paying 143. oo ridiculous price as i almost ended losing on this. she did an excellent job of packing the picture, but the pricing could have been explained. i assume she thought i knew. i would recommend this fed ex by check pricing before getting package wrapped to ship. little late once that was done”
