They got us in right away, figured out the problem, found the part, and had us back on the road in about an hour. They were so kind, honest, and easy to work with — and the price was super fair, especially for travelers stuck on the road. We made it safely to our destination thanks to them! Can’t recommend this place enough if you ever need help in Red Bank, Tennessee.”

Originally, I was interested in the standard ES350. But after seeing the features and benefits of the Ultra technology we wanted it.
Michael Platt is a grounded salesman. Lexus sells itself and he knows it. He’s very helpful and accommodating in the sales service process. The car is awesome. Not a pain in the neck process.
The closing was fast and quick.
I’d recommend Michael and Lexus of Chattanooga.They sell a great brand and are easy to do business with. I trust the service component is equally as good.
Also - I had a few issues with the car that really wasnt their issues. But they took care of it with a great attitude of dedication to the brand.

It is always easy to get service. The front counter is always attentive, and I could not be more pleased with the staff.

They stayed an hour and a half past closing time on a Saturday to discuss options with me, held onto the car until I had everything in line with the credit union and were flexible on time/day for me to pick up the car from out of town. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Had my 1996 Land Cruiser towed in due to a heater hose rupturing. I specifically asked (through text) for a quote to test the existing coolant and replace the heater hose; that was it. I was told I would be in good hands since they had a Master Toyota and Master Lexus Tech on staff, and that I would get a call the next day after inspection.
This excited me since I had later plans for the heirloom vehicle I recently acquired.
I received a call two days later saying they were done with the hose repair and replaced the coolant due to total loss of fluid. They gave me an invoiced price for these repairs (which was totally reasonable) but then proceeded to say that “Due to the age and mileage of the vehicle, and the potential for unforeseen issues, we are unwilling to proceed with additional repairs.”
This is a 28 y/o vehicle with 321k miles. Everything works and is comparably in better shape than most. It is daily driven, I trust it, but unfortunately have to find a place more interested in performing general maintenance and repairs.
This rating is due to the service advisor not following my initial (typed) instructions, the lack of follow up the next day (as I was told) and the general distaste I now have for a local shop that I was looking forward to building a relationship with. Rick and Chris were professional, and I appreciate the work performed, but I guess this wasn’t their shop’s desired focus. If it was a case of potential warranty issues later on, then that could’ve been solved with an honest conversation.”

“I stopped by to get my tire repaired. The gentleman I was dealing with told me he was out of patches and sent me to Discount Tires. I asked him how much was an oil change and could he get me in pretty quick. He got me checked in within 10 mins. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I absolutely love how they take pictures of everything including the point inspection. I knew I needed a cabin air filter but was not sure on the engine air filter. I seen the pictures and had both filters replaced. The oil change and both filters were a reasonable price. Alot cheaper than the dealership and one of his competitors. I will definitely be coming back here for all my car needs.
***UPDATE***
I absolutely still love this place. Couple more oil changes done. I new this time I was getting real close to having to get my brakes done so I wasn't surprised when he was telling me. He asked why I was smiling and I told him that I was pre warned by the last manager that I was getting close. That's why I love this place. They let you know it's getting close to have this or that done.”
