“After over 8 years of always having a good experience, I finally had a really bad one with apparently another shopper raking me over the coals. Almost a month later, l finally requested a Manager to speak with me. He came out and absolutely listened to what I had to say and agreed the woman should have never spoke to me the way she did!Almost another month later, I asked my son to go with me to Food City so I could get some groceries with his help and I was pleasantly surprised NOT to see the woman who raked me over the coals.If anyone thinks it's easy to grocery shop while using a wheelchair.... think again!”

“This is the easiest rating I’ve given a place. The unbelievably kind ladies at this branch are the best part of my experience with TVFCU. Miss Connie and Miss Lyndon are the two I’ve interacted with the most, but everyone I’ve met there has been helpful and extremely patient with my random questions. Sometimes they even laugh at my dumb jokes. Even if you’re not doing business with them they go out of their way to say hey and greet you with a smile. And not that it pertains specifically to this branch, but the folks helping at the ATMs are every bit as kind and patient too. Really makes for an all-around productive and enjoyable experience.”
