Checkout is usually quite fast due to the staff diligence. Negative comments would be that the stores are usually small for the number of customers in the store, and that for some reason there are more "A" type aggressive shoppers that are not all that considerate. Found this true in both Florida and Knoxville stores we have shopped at.”

“I definitely recommend this wonderful Turkish market and Deli. The meat is cut so nice and thin, and the sauce poured on it smells wonderful. The best Iskender Doner I have eaten in America. Also, I tried their kadayıf, the taste was yummy especially interms of sugar balance. It was delivered with so thick pistachio layer. Owners of the business are very polite and family friendly location. Don't forget to drink Turkish tea!!! It had very special flavor.”

“Very cute little joint that has been around forever. We got the 4 ounce burger and it was excellent. If you order sweet tea or water, they give you a picture and you can drink the entire thing. Sodas are a little over a dollar per can. The fries were wonderful. We were pretty full of a burger and fries, so I’ll have to try dessert next time but definitely coming back to this place. Staff is friendly, and very attentive. Jodi was our waitress and she provided excellent customer service with a smile. You can tell this is a small town little place that people come too often because all of the staff know the customers by name. This was my first time eating here, but my extended family talks about it all the time. I will definitely be coming back highly recommend the burger.”

“Always find good deals on groceries here. Some frozen items are near their expiration dates, but I've never gotten sick on any of them. They also carry some H/B/A products also. I'm way stocked up on generic Gillette Sensor razors because of this place. You can also find 50/50 mix antifreeze for $4.99 a gallon. They carry some stationary here. They have a deal with a pencil maker where they sell their mis-printed pencils for 69 cents a dozen. I've shopped the South side, Halls, and Clinton locations. Never gone wrong at UGO. Used to also shop at the one in Oak Ridge that was in Bruner Centre, but they've since closed that local down.”

“Had some health issues flare up at the register and Sharon was able to take a quick moment of downtime at the front to assist me.She rang me up extremely quickly, and then made sure I was ok, determined if I needed water, a seat or for her to call someone for me, and provided help with my purchases. “My wife first tried kimchi (Napa cabbage) but she liked Turnip (moo) Kimchi..Now she loves all Kimchi (favorite still turnip) and she also ask store for extra fermented ones ?The kimchi here are best in Town, hand made by store with unique kimchi recipe.Also Kimchi made at store are not made too spicy for everyone to enjoy.Try turnip if trying for it’s you’re first time.”

“This is basically a "super dollar general" It has anything you could need on a whim including food. The cashiers are very nice and it has an updated check out layout. Highly recommend. The closest store to many houses in the area so very useful. It does not have high prices like a convenience store. Don't pass this one by. Great product selection.”

“I moved here from SoCal; this is my GO TO Mexican food spot! It's a mom and pop shop with a small sit down section in the back. It's very difficult to find true authentic Mexican food - Im sorry if you offer ground beef then you're not authentic. We LOVE this place. Lengua is my favorite and it's so hard to find here. We try to support their store front as well, peppers, cilantro, cheap spices and the best fresh chorizo plus Mexican cheese.”

They don't package their own brand products but carry the actual products from the companies you prefer to buy. They have a world class butcher shop that can help you pick the meats and seafood that you want to serve to family and friends. They had about 3-4 display cases full of Mayfield's Milk and carries more varieties of the other items that I routinely buy.”
