“Just rented a parking spot for our RV trailer. Place is close to home and fair price. I had to rent it one month before I can park it since we are still at our other location until the end of the month and could not rent out a month ahead. Easy to complete the paper work and now have a sight when we come back from vacation. Our son in law parents rent a spot here and they are satisfied.”
“Found Pack Rat on the internet. Only need storage short term but still treated very well. Just started putting items in storage today (Sun) and the on site employee stopped by and asked if I needed anything! Very friendly people and clean storage. “Quick and easy in office setup process, friendly staff, probably took ten minutes in office at most. Honestly thought it'd be more of a pain, paperwork, etc. Had cheapest rates available for size I wanted with best three month discount.”

“The place is affordable but my only downside with the place is that they call you from thousands of different phone numbers that u can’t call back or leave voicemails. Working 3rd shifts has a toll on me and I sleep during business hours. Emailing the company has no effect either. I had gotten my unit and items out 3 3 months and still being charged after I paid a lien that I thought I had no choice but to take my unit out like most companies. I emailed them a dozen times.l with being ignored. I hope they just take a better look and delete the charges as I don’t owe”
“I rented a 12' truck to transport some of my household items from Memphis to Christiana TN. The rental folks at Home Depot were great to deal with and I got the truck in no time. Loading was relatively easy although there wasn't a ramp. The truck wasn't that high though so there was no problem. The truck was noisy but drove well. After a 250 mile trek I only used $43 worth of gas (at $2.58 a gal.). Not bad. The rental folks at the drop-off store were equally as great to deal with. Over all it was a very good experience and the cost was fair for this job. I would definitely consider Penske for a future haul.”

“If your looking for a storage facility open 24 hrs and made of gold this probably not the place for you. Now if you need somewhere to store you junk that you, and only you think is valuable and safe at the best price in all of town this is the best place. The guys that work here do a stand up job especially for customer service billing and everything. I would know (being one of the annoying customers) because the guys and customer service tries to address all of your problems and concerns . Also a lot like other people I like a good deal without sacrificing quality and service. If you look online at the right time you can even can some pretty good move in specials and you don’t even have to twist their arms for it . Thanks.”

“Great experience using A+ (Assured storage?) for a move recently. They had a HUGE 10'x25' unit that I was able to store a ton of boxes in. Renting a unit was easy and fast. They had locks for sale at the office that were reasonably priced. Tammy was great and resolved the one issue I had with my entry code quickly. Will definitely use again if I need to store some stuff.”
