“John both goes out of his way to make sure all my needs are met every time I go in. Their lumber prices are the best around, and everyone is friendly and helpful. Some items are a little more expensive than Lowes, but that is to be expected in a small town, and the price difference is rarely enough to pay for the fuel it would take to go to Kingsport or Morristown. When it is, Phil is usually more than willing to price match.
Most importantly, when you walk in everyome seems genuinely happy to see you. It is exactly the small town feel that I was looking for when I moved here!”
