“Dollar Tree on Lebanon Road in Mt. Juliet is a very nice store. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store's inventory is usually very well maintained and stocked compared to a few of the other local Dollar Tree stores. I was able to get what I wanted and check out without much of a wait. Highly recommend this Dollar Tree.”
“The manager Angie is the definition of good customer service. I called about their stock of Monster White Pineapple that has low or out of stock at other Dollar Trees but they had it! Angie helped me look for hidden cans, even checked the back stock. Thank you again for helping me!”
“I just stopped in for a few basic items and witnessed a karen giving the manager a hard time about the lack of a return policy. (No returns or credits, exchanges only) The manager was calm the whole time and was very patient with karen. I was tired of hearing karen repeat herself as if the policy was going to magically change. I kindly told her that was the real policy and has been for a long time. Karen continued repeating herself like a broken record player. Karen was wearing a lavender sweater and took up a large amount of space. (I really would love it if karen reads this one day, shame on you). Karen was blocking the entire check out lane as a cashier scanned my items. Near the end of my purchase, I spoke up to karen again, and told her the policy wasn’t going to change. Karen yelled at me about how she was a customer and it wasn’t my business. I corrected her (because Karens have to keep the act up when they’re obviously wrong; they won’t admit their fault) and told her it was my business since she was blocking my ability to pay. She yelled that it wasn’t even time for me to pay as the cashier scanned my last items. By the time she finished that sentence, the cashier had nothing left to scan. Karen did waddle her butt out of the way, but continued to repeat the same act after I left.Karens, Walmart is next door. They have a return policy. Dollar Tree is not for Karens. Actually, no store is for Karens. Shout out to the manager and cashier for being polite to karen.Next time though, an employee should be the one telling non-purchasing Karens to move out of the way so real customers can pay. -1 star for that and other issues I’ve experienced with this location. I should have been treated with the same courtesy that yucky karen received by the manager as well.”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Dollar Tree in Smyrna, TN, and I must say, it left quite an impression. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed how clean and well-maintained it was, with plenty of spaces available. Stepping into the store, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and the vast array of items on offer. Despite the low prices, the store was impeccably organized and tidy, making it easy to navigate.
I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of items available and how affordable they were. It's amazing how much you can get for so little! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, even during busy periods, which made the shopping experience even more enjoyable.
One thing I particularly appreciated was the proximity of the store to Walmart, making it convenient to stop by if I couldn't find what I needed there. Overall, I highly recommend this Dollar Tree in Smyrna, TN, for its cleanliness, selection, and excellent customer service. It's definitely worth a visit!”
“It’s fairly well stocked most of the time. This store does seem to have an issue with employee retention but a lot of stores do these days. However, most of the rotating employees are nice and friendly. Overall, nice store”

“So this Family Dollar location has definitely improved a lot over the past cpl of yrs. I am not ready to leave a 5 star review but I did go from a 3 to a 4 Star giving the changes that have been made and the fact that there is effort being made for further improvements. I am not going to say that the management has improved considering it's the same guy but the staff that's there actually doing the work shows that they do care about their jobs and take pride in what they do and to me that goes a long way. There are a few really good people that work there I just hope they stay since this place doesn't keep employees long every cpl of days it's a new face but honestly I can't blame them. Although at the moment they do have plywood on the doors due to the locals who would rather rob and steal as opposed to getting a job. Keep up the good work !!!”
“The store was clean & stocked. I could tell a truck had come recently but a young man was busy unloading boxes and still had time to be kind and helpful. I visited the Dollar General on Lebanon Pike today for a quick shopping trip—though like many of us, I ended up leaving with much more than I came in for! As I waited in a surprisingly long line that stretched down the feminine products aisle, I looked toward the front to see what was causing the delay. To my surprise, there was only one young woman working—Mimi, the assistant manager.
Despite being alone, Mimi handled every customer with kindness, patience, and grace. She was incredibly efficient, moving between two registers and helping everyone as quickly and smoothly as possible. Her focus and energy were impressive, and even under pressure, she kept a warm, welcoming attitude. When I told her she was doing a great job, she gave me the kindest smile.
Mimi truly went above and beyond today, and I wanted to show my appreciation by writing this review. She took great care of all of us in line, and now it’s my turn to take care of her—by making sure her hard work is recognized. Dollar General is lucky to have her!”
