“Had an AMAZING TIME. The instructors Ryan and Mike were outstanding. So informative, patient and funny… we had a blast, learned so much, they covered every question and was so helpful with every question I had. I felt confident when I left I would know what type of rod and reel to purchase and felt very confident that I WILL CATCH a fish by using the lessons we were taught.

“This location was a discount store with clearance racks of what seemed to be discontinued items, irregular items, or somewhat odd sizes (eg 30 x 38 men's jeans). We walked around for about 30 minutes and we all found items we liked and ended up with 3 full shoping bags of clothing for work as well as a few casual items.”
“Stopped in at 7:30 pm the other night, and just knew it was going to aggervate the ladies in there it being so close to closing time, how ever it did not make a difference at all. They were very pleasant and a joy to talk to. We were worried the clothing might not fit, and questioned if we could return them at home, gave us a quick rundown on the return policy and did it with a big smile. Most places today do not have customer service skills, these ladies have them! Wish more folks were as pleasant to work with. THANK YOU LADIES YOU ARE AWESOME!”

“Had the best experience here tonight. My husband has a job interview tomorrow and he can only wear size large tall. Eddie Bauer is one of the only places we know that keeps his size in stock to grab something immediately. We went in with no idea what to get and Arthur was on the spot with helping him find exactly what he needed for his interview. Can't say enough great things about Arthur and all his help. The sales in the store were unbelievable! We will definitely be back.”
“If you love Alfred Dunner clothing, you will love this store. They had a great selection and a good selection of sizes and styles. They also had a very good sale going on when I was there. The staff was very friendly. Parking in Tanger Outlets is good even when it's busy. lots of people coming and going. Definitely will go back next time we are in the area.”
“Even though this hot topic is in an outlet mall, don't expect different pricing. That said, it is larger and less confined than a regular hot topic, so you have a little more room to breath. We were in the mall Hot Topic in Knoxville the day before we went to this one and they basically have the same stuff, although we did notice that they had a few more band shirts, but only a few. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, we went because we were already in the area and it was fine, but I would not make the trip just to visit this store as the selection if hardly different and the pricing is exactly the same.”

“My husband and I went in here hoping to find shoes in his size. Most places don’t carry a size 15 so he buys shoes typically once a year. Sherry asked if we needed help and went above and beyond to help him find shoes. She looked through the entire stock in the back to find shoes for my husband. She focused on us for about 30 minutes. She was incredible. My husband left with the 2 new pairs of shoes but tried on 7+, the most he’s ever had an option of. Sherry never made us feel pressured to buy shoes, but wanted to find the perfect ones for him. Fantastic customer service from Sherry!”

“I've never been an Ann Taylor shopper, but since I was recently with two friends who are, I decided to check it out. While not everything was my style, I did find a few cute items! I absolutely fell in love with The Wide Leg trousers. They didn’t have my size in another color in-store, but a very friendly and helpful employee named Shasta went above and beyond to help me locate and order them from another store to be shipped to me. Score! She also assisted us with new sizes, colors, and styles throughout our many trips to and from the fitting rooms. It was a very pleasant shopping experience!”
“I stopped by the Old Navy outlet in Sevierville and it was pretty much what I expected, in a good way. The store feels like a typical Old Navy, but just bigger and more packed with merchandise. There was a lot to look through, and it covered everything—kids, men, and women. If you like having lots of options, this place delivers.
The layout was easy enough to follow, but you do have to spend some time digging if you want to find the best deals. The clearance sections had some hidden gems, especially if you are patient and willing to look through the racks. It was not all perfectly organized, but that is kind of part of the outlet experience.
There were signs everywhere for 30% and 50% off, which made it feel like you could get a good deal, though I am not sure if those discounts are always there or just part of a promotion. Either way, it added to the appeal.
Overall, nothing surprising, but solid. If you already like Old Navy, you will probably like this store too. Just plan to spend a little extra time browsing to find the best stuff.”
“If I could give a 10 star here, I would!! The staff at the Levis outlet store in Pigeon Forge are wonderful and deserve raises! This is how you do customer service folks!! On a recent visit, the staff and I had experienced an error with their computer/ cash register but the issue was completely out of their control, we all know it's just a typical technology hiccup that we've all experienced before -- but they helped me all the way to the end to make sure I was taken care of. They maintained phone calls and emails with me until the problem was solved, and I couldn't thank them enough. KUDOS Alexis, Heather and Isaac!!!”
“As a bigger girl, I have never enjoyed shopping and I can hardly ever find anything that I like. The three women that were working while I was there were so kind and helpful picking multiple outfits for me. I’m not very fashion coordinated but I was more than blessed to have them help me. I got an outfit that I’m taking home that I love thanks to them! They are sweet angels!”
“The store manager and the clerk were absolutely amazing. Helped me with a very complicated return. What a great store!!! I recall the manager stating she has been there for 10 years and has held multiple positions before making manager. Lucky Brand, you are very "Lucky" to have a person of this caliber working for your company and doing such a great job with customer service and sales. She and the clerk are to be commended for such exemplary service.”

“I really like talbots. I use their clothes as my work clothes. The selection is limited but worth buying if you can find the right size. Talbots had a nice sale going and I was able to purchase several pair of very nice slacks. The sales staff is very helpful.”
“I missed the old store on Teaster Lane. I was pretty upset when it ended up closing because it was so easy to get to and get out of compared to Tanger, but the manager that ran the teaster store is now running this one and I’m pretty glad for that, because she recognised me and that was pretty cool, my Daughter extremely loves Rue 21 so do I their style of clothes is kind of a mix of the 80s and 90s, which is a time I grew up so it kind of makes pretty cool place to buy outfits. Just wish they would go back to shipping because not every store carries exactly what you’re looking for. And I mean, Rue 21, the company not specifically this store.”
