“Stopped in at 7:30 pm the other night, and just knew it was going to aggervate the ladies in there it being so close to closing time, how ever it did not make a difference at all. They were very pleasant and a joy to talk to. We were worried the clothing might not fit, and questioned if we could return them at home, gave us a quick rundown on the return policy and did it with a big smile. Most places today do not have customer service skills, these ladies have them! Wish more folks were as pleasant to work with. THANK YOU LADIES YOU ARE AWESOME!”
“We had an incredible experience at the Merrell store in Sevierville, TN, thanks to the Store Manager, Taylor.
I brought my parents in to get fitted for shoes. They are both hard of hearing and communicate primarily through sign language. Taylor treated them with such patience, kindness, and respect from the moment we walked in. He took the time to make sure they were comfortable, understood their needs, and through on the spot learning, found the right shoes for each of them.
What stood out most was how attentive and genuine he was. He didn't rush the interaction and went above and beyond to connect with them, even making them laugh and smile throughout the process. Seeing my parents treated with such care and dignity meant more to me than I can put into words.
The experience was so touching that it brought me to tears. I am deeply grateful for Taylor's help, compassion, and exceptional customer service. He is a true asset to the Merrell team, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

“I loved going to Hot Topic when I was young. Now I've introduced my 13yo to this store, and she loves it, too! Some stores age as their original audience grow up, but Hot Topic has stayed true to itself.
We ended up with a Totoro cardigan, striped arm warmers, some embroidered green overalls, and a flowy green skirt embroidered with moths.
The employees at this location were helpful and friendly, and the store was tidy and well-kept.
I'm glad for a place that actually works for my daughter's developing style, and honestly, I almost bought some things for myself.”
“If you love Alfred Dunner clothing, you will love this store. They had a great selection and a good selection of sizes and styles. They also had a very good sale going on when I was there. The staff was very friendly. Parking in Tanger Outlets is good even when it's busy. lots of people coming and going. Definitely will go back next time we are in the area.”

“I stopped by the Old Navy outlet in Sevierville and it was pretty much what I expected, in a good way. The store feels like a typical Old Navy, but just bigger and more packed with merchandise. There was a lot to look through, and it covered everything—kids, men, and women. If you like having lots of options, this place delivers.
The layout was easy enough to follow, but you do have to spend some time digging if you want to find the best deals. The clearance sections had some hidden gems, especially if you are patient and willing to look through the racks. It was not all perfectly organized, but that is kind of part of the outlet experience.
There were signs everywhere for 30% and 50% off, which made it feel like you could get a good deal, though I am not sure if those discounts are always there or just part of a promotion. Either way, it added to the appeal.
Overall, nothing surprising, but solid. If you already like Old Navy, you will probably like this store too. Just plan to spend a little extra time browsing to find the best stuff.”

“I've never been an Ann Taylor shopper, but since I was recently with two friends who are, I decided to check it out. While not everything was my style, I did find a few cute items! I absolutely fell in love with The Wide Leg trousers. They didn’t have my size in another color in-store, but a very friendly and helpful employee named Shasta went above and beyond to help me locate and order them from another store to be shipped to me. Score! She also assisted us with new sizes, colors, and styles throughout our many trips to and from the fitting rooms. It was a very pleasant shopping experience!”

“I missed the old store on Teaster Lane. I was pretty upset when it ended up closing because it was so easy to get to and get out of compared to Tanger, but the manager that ran the teaster store is now running this one and I’m pretty glad for that, because she recognised me and that was pretty cool, my Daughter extremely loves Rue 21 so do I their style of clothes is kind of a mix of the 80s and 90s, which is a time I grew up so it kind of makes pretty cool place to buy outfits. Just wish they would go back to shipping because not every store carries exactly what you’re looking for. And I mean, Rue 21, the company not specifically this store.”

After searching Elliot's, Boot Barn, Cavender's, and Stage's West, I finally found the right boot. “We LOVE this store! Such good prices and so many good things to find + purchase. Anytime we need something (like a tank top or new active shorts) we ALWAYS choose to run over here to see what they have. I also love their rewards program. You actually get $ off after spending so much. I've spent about $120~ and I've gotten so about 4 $5 off rewards for spending that much. Well worth it. This place is also HUGE and spaced out so everyone isn't right on top of each other. Last time we went, they had two registers open which had everyone in the line moving quickly. Sometimes, the check out process can be a pain. We have waited in line before for 10+ minutes waiting to check out due to them only having one person working at the checkout line..Everyone who works here is also kind + helpful. I would recommend visiting here. We will be back soon!!”

I walked in to browse (because I love a good outlet & Tory Burch) and I asked a quick question about my current bag that I bought only a few months before that had some extra wear on it and if they had an exchange policy. They were able to find my purchase in their system, looked over the bag and exchanged my bag for me. I also bought a second bag as well that I love. Overall, Tory Burch is wonderful.
