We were visiting from out of town and stopped by this store in the outlets. Josh immediately greeted us and was so friendly! He helped my husband find exactly what he was looking for! His hospitality and customer service were top notch!

I got your rubber band right here 😡 We don't hear welcome to Journeys when we walk in! We walk toward the counter as one walks off to the back and we stand there for 5 mins while the other one continues vacuuming a rug!

Great selection, but lost a sale because all of the staff was huddled in the back of the store behind the register, eating snacks and gossiping about one of their co workers. Not one person offered to help, so I left empty-handed instead of with the 4 pair of Converse I had picked out.
